SIA’s First Day Bash 2025

The school year started with a bang at Stepping Stone International Academy with the much-anticipated First Day Bash! More than just a celebration, it marked the beginning of a new journey for students to grow, evolve, and become the best versions of themselves.

Hosted by our ever-energetic Mrs. Seoun, the event began with an inspiring welcome from Mr. Paul Lim, who encouraged students to start the year with open hearts and transformed minds. Mr. Jon Ames followed with a meaningful devotion, reminding everyone — through Isaiah 41:10 — to face challenges with courage, knowing that God is always with us.

The energy soared with a fun round of SIA trivia led by Ms. Amy, where selected students won prizes and bragging rights! Ms. Heather turned up the excitement even more with a playful twist on rock, paper, scissors, bringing out everyone’s competitive side.

During the orientation, Mr. Jef emphasized the importance of attendance, punctuality, and dress code — all in line with SIA’s core values of discipline and character building.

The day concluded with an encouraging reminder of the English Only Policy (EOP), marking a step toward a more confident and globally-minded SIA community. Students were empowered to embrace this as an opportunity to improve fluency, communication, and self-expression.
