Request For School Documents

Requests for school records, certifications (e.g., for visa extension), or other official documents must be submitted at least TWO WEEKS in advance.

If a student needs to withdraw from the school, the parent or guardian must complete a Request Form and submit it to the office, send it via the school’s email, or submit it through the school website at least two weeks prior to the intended withdrawal date. The withdrawal process must be completed before any student records can be released.
