Stepping Stone International Academy Celebrates First Quarter Honor Roll Achievements


October 23, 2024 – Stepping Stone International Academy (SIA) gathered to celebrate academic excellence as the Honor Roll for the first quarter of the school year was announced in a special ceremony. This recognition serves as a testament to students’ dedication and hard work, with categories divided into “Honor Roll A” for those with an average score of 95-100 and “Honor Roll B” for scores between 91-94.


The ceremony began with a worship fellowship led by SIA’s worship team, followed by a devotion led by Supervisor Mr. Jef. Then, the head teachers, accompanied by Administrator Mr. Lim, presented certificates to the Honor Roll students.



Teacher Heather commenced the awards by announcing the Kindergarten Honor Roll A achievers:


Honor Roll A in Kindergarten Department:

  1. Hang Chesda – 98.07%

  2. Wang, Enjia Grace – 97.88%

  3. Yuan, Jiameng Esther – 96.67%

  4. Tang, Xinyu Bella – 96.50%

  5. Sou, Thavrak – 96.22%

  6. Sou, Anna – 95.98%


In the Elementary Department, Mrs. Seoun highlighted both Honor Roll A and B achievers:


Honor Roll A in Elementary Department:

  1. Taing, Mingju – 98.61%

  2. Kisna, Karona – 98.04%

  3. Taing, Chhaingoun – 97.90%

  4. Pok, Annetta – 96.88%

  5. Oh, Zachary – 96.26%


Honor Roll B in Elementary Department:

  1. Tohn, Calvin – 94.43%


Finally, the Secondary Department’s Honor Roll recipients were announced by Mr. Jef:


Honor Roll A in Secondary Department:

  1. Araneta, Mariah Jhem – 97.54%

  2. Park, Geonwoo – 96.87%

  3. Kim, Hyeonseong Joseph – 96.37%


Honor Roll B in Secondary Department:

  1. Wang, Enshuo Hannah – 94.51%

  2. Liu, Yihao – 94.47%

  3. Pok, Sarah – 94.29%

  4. Cao, Enmiao Elsa – 94.18%

  5. Shang, Jinle Mia – 94.16%

  6. Chhay, Carita – 91.14%


The event underscored the value of academic dedication and served as a source of encouragement for all students. The Honor Roll is especially meaningful for many students who study English as a second language, highlighting their commitment to excelling despite language challenges.
