SIA Welcomes Students to a New School Year

August 10, 2026 marked the first day of school at SIA as students and faculty officially welcomed the beginning of School Year 2026–2027.
Unlike previous years, the opening day followed a new and more focused setup. Instead of the usual First Day Bash, the school began with a brief General Program designed to welcome students and prepare everyone for the new school year.
The program opened with the Pledges, followed by a warm welcome from Mr. Lim. General announcements and important reminders were then shared with the students and faculty.
After the program, the Kindergarten and Elementary students proceeded to their respective departments for their orientation. Meanwhile, the Secondary students gathered for their first Chapel service, led by Mr. Jonathan Ames, setting a meaningful tone for the start of the school year.
The first day was primarily dedicated to department orientations, allowing students to become familiar with their respective departments, expectations, and routines. After the orientations, students officially began their regular classes, marking the start of another year of learning, growth, and new experiences at SIA.
With a fresh setup and a renewed sense of purpose, SIA looks forward to a productive and memorable School Year 2026–2027.
