Important Updates for the 4th Quarter

Here are some important updates regarding the upcoming 4th Quarter.

Initially scheduled for April 22 – 26, the conference has been rescheduled to take place on April 8 – 10, 2024, from 3:00 – 6:00 pm. This adjustment will allow us to thoroughly address academic progress and focus on the advancement of our Grade 6 and 9 students, as well as our graduating high school seniors. Additionally, re-enrollment forms for the next school year will be distributed during this time to facilitate our planning process. Individual schedules for the conference will be provided in upcoming correspondence.

Secondly, due to the increasing student numbers in both elementary and secondary departments, we will be transitioning all 6th-grade students to the secondary department beginning Monday. Consequently, the dismissal schedule for secondary students will be adjusted to 4:00 pm, Monday to Thursday, while Friday dismissal remains at 3:00 pm. Secondary students requiring additional academic support after school hours can avail themselves of extra academic sessions from 4:00 – 7:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.

The 4th Quarter will be filled with various activities, including:

1. International Cultural Celebration: April 3 - 5

2. Parent-Teacher Conference:              April 8 – 10

3. School Retreat:                                    2nd week of May (Specific date to be announced)

4. Field Trip:                                             Date to be determined

5. Spoken Word Competition:                Last week of May (Specific date to be announced)

6. Senior’s Trip:                                        June 13 – 14 (Tentative)

7. 7th Moving Up and Graduation:         June 21
