English Camp Participants and SIA Middle School & High School Students
In line with the theme “Your Voice, Your Power,” Stepping Stone International Academy successfully held the Spoken Word Contest 2026, featuring English Camp participants alongside SIA Middle School and High School students. The event provided a meaningful platform for students to express their thoughts, emotions, and convictions through the art of spoken word, highlighting the power of language and communication.
The Spoken Word Contest is a valued school tradition at SIA, pioneered by the school’s educational consultant, Mr. Daniel Lim. Established to nurture students’ speaking and presentation skills, the contest encourages learners to communicate with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Through spoken word, students are challenged to develop not only linguistic competence, but also courage and self-expression.
Participants competed in Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, delivering performances that reflected preparation, creativity, and sincerity. As each student took the stage, their words resonated with confidence and conviction, demonstrating the strength of their voices and the impact of effective communication. From English Camp participants to SIA students, all speakers showcased their ability to inspire and empower through spoken expression.
